Shipping Information
How Sinceritee Shipping Works
Every product in our store is made to order and printed on demand — just for you. This means each item goes through a production process before it ships.
Production / Handling Time
Most orders are produced and ready to ship within 2–5 business days. During peak seasons (holidays, special events), production may take up to 6–7 business days. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.
Estimated Delivery Times (after production)
- United States: 4–8 business days
- Europe: 4–8 business days
- Rest of World: 9–13 business days
Note: “Business days” are Monday–Friday, excluding holidays and service interruptions.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number (when available) so you can follow your package’s journey.
Multiple Items in One Order
Some orders may ship in separate packages depending on the product type, size, or weight. You will not be charged extra for split shipments.
Shipping to Multiple Addresses
We’re unable to split a single order across multiple shipping addresses. To send items to different locations, please place separate orders for each address.
Address Changes
Once your order enters production, we are unable to modify the shipping address. Please double-check your details before placing your order.
International Orders & Customs
Some countries may require the recipient to pay import taxes, duties, or customs fees. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility and are determined by the customs authority of your country. We have no control over these fees or any customs-related delays.
