When will I receive my order?
Most orders are fulfilled within 2–5 business days. Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your package to your door.
My tracking number doesn’t work
It can take 24–48 hours for a new tracking number to activate with the carrier. If it still isn’t working after that, contact us at support@sinceritee.com and we’ll help.
Why is my order tracking not moving?
Tracking can pause between carrier scans, especially during busy periods. If there’s no movement for more than 5 business days, reach out with your order number and we’ll investigate for you.
