At Sinceritee, quality matters. Every product is carefully produced and inspected before it ships. But if something isn’t right, we’ve got you covered.
When Are You Eligible for a Return or Replacement?
You are fully protected under our 30-Day Return & Exchange Policy if:
- The product arrives damaged or defective
- The print quality is significantly below standard
- The item you received is materially different from what was shown on the product page
How to Request a Return or Replacement
Simply contact us at support@sinceritee.com within 30 days of your purchase date. Please include your order number and a photo of the issue so we can resolve it quickly.
Incorrect Size or Color Selections
Because all products are made on demand specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns due to incorrect size, color, or design selections. Please review the size chart and product details carefully before ordering. That said, we still want you to be happy — if you’re unsatisfied, reach out and we’ll work with you to find a solution.
Cancellations & Order Modifications
You may cancel or modify your order within 24 hours of placing it. After that window, your order will have entered production and we cannot make changes.
Refund Processing
If your refund is approved, please allow a few business days for it to be processed and reflected in your account. If you haven’t received it after 5–7 business days, check with your bank or credit card company before contacting us.
Discount & Promo Codes
- Promo codes cannot be applied to prior or existing orders
- Discount codes have no cash value and cannot be combined with other offers
